We’re very excited to announce our annual KWUR Week, where we bring new and diverse artists to the Wash U campus and the St. Louis community. This year we’re proud to present some of our favorite artists: Tycho, Tim Hecker, the Los Angeles Piano Quartet, and for our flagship show we’re bringing Grouper to St. Louis for the first time for one of her only solo shows this year.

Tycho will be performing Wednesday March 25th at the Ready Room. Doors open at 7pm and the show is at 8pm. A limited number of tickets are available for free to Wash U students through KWUR. Come by our station on the third floor of the DUC to pick yours up: they are first come, first serve, and will be distributed at 4pm the Thursday, Friday, Monday, and Tuesday prior to the show. There is a limit of ten tickets per day, one per student, so be sure to get yours early!

We are also cosponsoring Tim Hecker’s show at the Kranzberg Art Center on Friday March 27th at 7pm. Admission is free to students with their Wash U ID at the door.

On Saturday March 28th, we are presenting the Los Angeles Piano Quartet at the Concert Hall of the 560 Music Center at 8pm. $5 tickets for students can be purchased in advance through the Edison Box office — see the above link.

Last but certainly not least, be sure to come out to the Ballroom of the 560 Music Center on Thursday March 26th at 9pm to see Grouper perform in an intimate and beautiful setting. This show will be one of her only solo performances this year following the recent release of her critically acclaimed 2014 album, "Ruins". We’re really thrilled to present this show and hope you can join us. Entry is free for Wash U students with ID, and $20 tickets for the general public can be purchased here

We have some really incredible events planned for this year’s KWUR week and can’t wait to see you there! Thank you for your support. Contact events@kwur.com with any questions!
